I started Upward Law because I’d watched too many good people carry debt far longer than they had to, convinced that bankruptcy was something to be ashamed of or that it was somehow out of reach. It isn’t. Bankruptcy is a legal tool that has given millions of people a real fresh start, and I built this firm to make that reset as clear, modern, and painless as I possibly can for people here in Northeast Ohio. I’ve been a member of the Ohio Bar for over 16 years, and I earned my law degree at Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. I founded Upward Law to practice bankruptcy the way I always thought it should be done: positive, efficient, and built around the client instead of the paperwork.
